Nested Grids

Related data is nested underneath the main grid row in a nested grid. You may view one nested grid at a time.

The following IntelliTrack pages use a nested grid to display related data:

• Manage Locations page: Sublocations are stored in a nested grid underneath the main Location listing.
• Manage Customers page: Ship-to Addresses are stored in a nested grid underneath the main Customer listing.
• Manage Vendors page: Ship-to Addresses are stored in a nested grid underneath the main Vendor listing.
• Manage Carriers and Shipping Methods page: Shipping methods for a Carrier are stored in a nested grid underneath the main Carrier listing.
• Manage Buildings, Rooms, and Mail Stops page: Rooms and Mail Stops are stored in a nested grid underneath the main Building listing.
• Issue page: Issued inventory details for a line item are stored in a nested grid underneath the line item.
• Receipt page: Received inventory details for a line item are stored in a nested grid underneath the line item.
• Return page: Returned inventory details for a line item are stored in a nested grid underneath the line item.
• Check In page\Item tab: Returned inventory details for a line item are stored in a nested grid underneath the line item.
• Check Out page\Item tab: Issued inventory details for a line item are stored in a nested grid underneath the line item.
• Picking Orders page: Prior Pick details for a line item are stored in a nested grid underneath the line item.
• Receiving Orders page: Prior Receive details for a line item are stored in a nested grid underneath the line item.

A nested grid uses an expand icon and a collapse icon:

• The Expand icon is found to the left of the main row entry.

  

• Click the Expand icon to view the nested grid data.

  

• When the nested grid is expanded, the Collapse icon is found to the left of the nested grid data. Click the Collapse icon to close the nested grid for this row.
